Majestic Ridge Senior Care is a planned, purpose built Memory Care community in Redmond, Oregon, designed exclusively for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
We are creating a safe, calm and supportive home where residents receive personalized care, meaningful daily engagement and are treated with the dignity they deserve. Every element of Majestic Ridge has been intentionally designed to support higher acuity memory care needs while maintaining a warm, residential atmosphere that feels familiar and reassuring.

Why this matters?
Addressing a growing need in Central Oregon
Families across Central Oregon are facing a difficult reality. Memory Care options are limited, frequently at capacity and often feel clinical or institutional. Many communities are not equipped to support residents with advancing dementia who require higher acuity care. The average age of the existing memory care facilities in Bend and Redmond is 23 years old and there are no other new construction planned communities in development at this time.
Majestic Ridge Senior Care was created to address this gap.
Our goal is to offer a thoughtfully designed Memory Care environment that supports complex care needs in a beautiful, home-like setting, without sacrificing comfort, routine or quality of life. This is a community designed around people, not systems.
Memory Care: The Growing Need
6.9 million Americans aged 65 and older are currently living with Alzheimer’s disease, and that number is projected to reach nearly 14 million by 2050. In Oregon alone, over 79,000 individuals aged 65 and older are living with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia.
Nearly 60% of people with dementia will wander at least once, highlighting the critical need for secure, purpose-built memory care environments. Research consistently shows that specialized memory care communities with structured routines and trained caregivers lead to better outcomes, reduced anxiety and improved quality of life for residents.
