Majestic Ridge Senior Care is dedicated exclusively to Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. This singular focus allows us to design every aspect of the home, staffing model and daily life around the specific needs associated with cognitive decline, rather than adapting a general assisted living environment to fit memory care later.
Memory Care requires a thoughtful balance of safety, structure and compassion. At Majestic Ridge, our goal is to create a calm, supportive home where residents feel secure and understood, while families feel confident that care is delivered with consistency, dignity and respect.

Services Overview
At Majestic Ridge, our services are designed to support the whole person, not just their diagnosis. Every resident receives a personalized care plan that adapts as their needs change, ensuring continuity and quality of life at every stage.
Memory Care & Cognitive Support
Our Memory Care program supports individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, frontotemporal dementia and other cognitive conditions. Caregivers are trained in dementia-specific communication, behavioral support and validation techniques that preserve dignity and reduce frustration.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Residents receive compassionate assistance with personal care, grooming, bathing, dressing and mobility as needed. Care is delivered with patience, respect and sensitivity, ensuring that daily routines feel supportive rather than rushed.
Medication Management
Our team oversees medication administration and monitoring, coordinating with physicians and pharmacies to ensure residents receive the right medications at the right times.
RN Oversight & Care Coordination
Registered Nurse oversight ensures clinical needs are met. Care plans are regularly reviewed and adjusted based on each resident’s changing needs and health status.
Behavioral & Emotional Support
Behavioral changes are approached with curiosity and compassion, recognizing that behaviors often communicate unmet needs. Caregivers are trained to respond calmly, redirect gently and provide reassurance during moments of confusion or distress.
Daily Life & Routines
Daily life at Majestic Ridge is built around rhythm, familiarity and comfort. For individuals living with memory loss, predictable routines and a calm environment provide a sense of security and reduce anxiety.
A Typical Day at Majestic Ridge
Morning
Mornings begin at a comfortable pace, with residents receiving assistance as needed with personal care, grooming and dressing. Breakfast is served on a consistent schedule in a calm, welcoming dining environment.
Midday
Lunch is prepared on site and served at a familiar time each day. Mealtime routines are designed to be unrushed and supportive, encouraging independence while providing assistance when needed. After lunch, residents may enjoy quiet time, rest or one-on-one engagement.
Afternoon
Afternoons include structured but gentle activities designed to promote connection, purpose and wellbeing. This may include music, art, reminiscence activities, sensory engagement or time outdoors in secure spaces.
Evening
Evenings focus on winding down in a calm, familiar way. Dinner is served on a consistent schedule, followed by quieter activities. Bedtime routines are personalized to support comfort and familiarity.

Understanding Alzheimer’s & Dementia
Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive condition that affects memory, communication, behavior and a person’s ability to navigate the world around them. Dementia is a broader term that encompasses Alzheimer’s along with other conditions such as vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia and frontotemporal dementia.
Each form of dementia presents unique challenges, but all share common needs: safety, structure, compassion and skilled care. Majestic Ridge is designed to support individuals across the spectrum of cognitive decline, with care that adapts as needs change over time.
Our caregivers are trained in dementia-specific communication techniques that prioritize patience, reassurance and respect. Rather than correcting or challenging residents, we focus on validation, redirection and supportive engagement. This approach helps reduce distress and preserves dignity, even during moments of confusion or frustration.

Memory loss affects the entire family. We believe families should feel informed, supported and involved throughout their loved one’s care journey. Clear communication, transparency and partnership are central to our Memory Care philosophy.
Families are encouraged to share insights about their loved one’s history, routines and preferences, helping us deliver more personalized care. Our goal is to support families with the same compassion and confidence that we provide to residents.
Majestic Ridge Senior Care is located in Redmond, Oregon and serves families throughout Central Oregon. We are scheduled to open in Winter 2026/27. Families are invited to join our interest list to receive updates as we move closer to opening.
