Planned opening: Winter 2026/2027

Majestic Ridge Senior Care is currently in the planning and development phase, with a targeted opening in Winter 2026/2027. While our doors are not yet open, a great deal of thoughtful work is already underway to ensure that Majestic Ridge opens as a high quality, purpose built Memory Care community from day one.

From architectural design and licensing to staffing and care planning, every stage of development is being approached with care, intention and a long term commitment to excellence.

Where we are now

At this stage, Majestic Ridge Senior Care is focused on:

  • Finalizing architectural plans for a purpose built Memory Care home
  • Navigating state and local licensing and regulatory approvals
  • Developing detailed care models and operational systems
  • Establishing policies and procedures aligned with best practices in Memory Care
  • Building relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners

What happens next

As we move closer to opening, the focus will shift to:

  • Construction and completion of the Memory Care home
  • Recruitment and training of a dedicated caregiving team
  • Finalizing dining, life enrichment and daily routines
  • Preparing the environment to feel warm, welcoming and familiar
  • Completing final licensing inspections and approvals
