Purpose built exclusively for Memory Care
New 2026 construction specifically designed for memory care, not retrofitted facilities from other uses. We are creating a beautiful 12,000 sq ft mansion that lives like a high-end, comfortable home. Our single story design supports safety, orientation and ease of movement. Clear sightlines, thoughtfully planned spaces and secure outdoor areas allow residents to move freely while remaining protected. This intentional design reduces confusion and anxiety, helping residents feel more at ease in their surroundings.

Higher acuity care without an institutional feel
As dementia progresses, care needs often become more complex. Majestic Ridge is designed to support higher acuity Memory Care while preserving a home like atmosphere. Our 1:8 ratio of staffing levels, caregiver training and care model allow us to respond effectively to changing needs without resorting to restrictive or clinical approaches.
Residents benefit from attentive, hands on care delivered with patience and understanding. We prioritize comfort, routine and calm, creating an environment where safety and support are present without feeling overwhelming or impersonal.
Consistent caregivers and meaningful relationships
Consistency is critical in Memory Care. At Majestic Ridge, we place a strong emphasis on caregiver consistency so residents can build trust and familiarity with the people supporting them each day.
By maintaining stable staffing and smaller care teams, caregivers are able to truly know each resident as an individual, including their preferences, routines and personal history. These relationships help reduce anxiety, support emotional wellbeing and allow care to feel more personal and intuitive.
A homelike environment that supports dignity
We believe dignity is preserved through choice, privacy and respect. Each resident at Majestic Ridge has a large, comfortable private bedroom and bathroom, allowing them to maintain personal space and familiarity. Rooms are designed to accommodate personal belongings and memory cues that help residents feel grounded and at home.
Our 16-resident maximum creates a family-like environment, yet is large enough to provide all the amenities of the larger institution, such as an On-site chef providing 3 healthy and nutritious meals a day, plus snacks, and a Salon for haircuts and styling, makeup application and mani-pedi services
Our home has been designed with ample room inside and out for family visits and relaxing with loved ones. Shared spaces are warm, inviting and intentionally designed to encourage both social connection and quiet reflection. The goal is to create a true home environment rather than a facility, where residents feel comfortable and valued.
